Humidifying the air
We offer tailor-made industrial humidifier installations that automatically determine the relative humidity of the air. They are used in woodworking plants (such as the production of windows, doors), printing houses, chemical industry. They are also used in the food, textile and other industries. Wherever relative humidity and temperature have a significant impact on working and production conditions.
Relative humidity can be defined as the percentage ratio of the amount of water vapor dissolved in the air to the amount of steam at which condensation would occur at a given temperature and pressure. For example, knowing that at a temperature of 20°C the air can contain a maximum of 18g of water, we can calculate that air with a relative humidity of 50% at the same temperature contains 9g of it.
Humidification systems reduce the amount of dust in the air. They minimize the formation of electrostatic charges, improve the quality of the material product and allow to maintain the technological rigors of production.
Air humidification is used in industries such as:
- wood industry,
- cold stores,
- textile industry,
- paint shops,
- printing and bookbinding shops,
- breeding of animals, poultry, flowers,
- offices, offices, schools, restaurants and museums,
- other public facilities.
Humidification units – Air humidification
Air humidification and industrial humidifiers (such as humidification units) are installed at the top of the humidified room. There is the warmest. After filtering, the water is dosed through special nozzles in the form of water mist. This determining the desired level of relative humidity.
Pressure systems ensure perfect water spraying without the use of compressed air. They are characterized by high efficiency and energy efficiency. It is usually dedicated to halls with significant cubic capacity (over 20,000 m3). The pneumatic installation would not work on it, due to the high demand for compressed air. The use of high pressure in humidification systems also has an additional advantage, high pressures are deadly for the vast majority of bacteria and fungi. Thanks to this, we obtain a high level of hygiene of the system.
These are systems based on pneumatic spraying. These systems are used in rooms with a relatively small cubic capacity, where there is no need for high-pressure systems, typically in smaller production halls, paint shops, museums, cold stores, printing houses, carpentry shops, warehouses, technological lines and agriculture. A characteristic feature of pneumatic systems is also the low price of the devices in relation to the efficiency.
Sensors installed in the room constantly control the relative humidity of the air and transmit signals to a central controller that controls the system of humidification units. By easily setting the desired humidification value on the control panel, it is possible to achieve optimal conditions for the application.
Humidification systems are matched and installed comprehensively in one or more rooms. In addition, the whole is supervised by a controller that indicates data on an ongoing basis and directly reacts to defects such as a power supply error or a drop in water pressure.
It is also possible to constantly monitor, archive and visualize the humidity level with remote access from the LAN or the Internet, as well as signaling alarm states with notification via SMS or radio.
The system can operate continuously, and its maintenance is reduced to cyclic cleaning of the central filter, no more than 2 times a year.

- possibility of remote, central control of the system,
- humidification capacity: 680 l/h or more,
- thanks to ion exchange filtration (optionally osmotic) there is no raid on the equipment of the moistened room,
- alarm system about exceeding the limit values in a given zone with SMS notification,
- integration with ventilation and air conditioning systems,
- full bacteriological safety thanks to the use of UV lamps and special methods of disinfection of the installation.
